Cancellation, Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Sawrna Ayurveda, your trust and satisfaction are extremely important to us. We are committed to providing genuine Ayurvedic products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read the policy below carefully to understand our cancellation, return, refund, and replacement procedures.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us via call or email.
  • If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, the full order amount will be refunded.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
  • In such cases, the Return Policy mentioned below will apply.

Discounts & Loyalty Benefits

  • Discount vouchers are valid for one-time use only and will be considered used even if the order is cancelled.
  • If loyalty points were used, they will be credited back to the customer’s account upon successful cancellation.

2. Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The product received is expired (highly unlikely).
  • The customer was charged more than the applicable MRP.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, labels, and boxes must be intact.

Note: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are not eligible for return.

3. Replacement Policy

We will arrange a replacement in the following cases:

  • Product damaged during transit.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Incorrect product delivered.

Damaged During Transit

  • If the package appears damaged, leaked, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.
  • Inform us immediately via call or email so that we can arrange a replacement at the earliest.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

5. Products Shipped Directly by Seller

Some products may be shipped directly by third-party sellers. Such products will be clearly mentioned on the product description page.

  • In these cases, Sawrna Ayurveda will coordinate with the seller to resolve the issue.
  • Please contact us via call or email, and we will assist you throughout the process.

6. Important Notes

  • Goods once accepted cannot be returned unless they meet the conditions mentioned above.
  • Sawrna Ayurveda reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or replacements if the policy terms are not met.
