  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional periods, dispatch timelines may be extended.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Booking Amount

To minimize fake or non-acceptance orders, Sawrna Ayurveda may require a nominal booking amount of ₹100–₹200 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • The booking amount is collected to confirm the COD order before dispatch.
  • The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
  • COD orders are processed and shipped only after successful payment of the booking amount.

Delivery Locations and Restrictions

  • We currently ship orders only within India.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box or military addresses.
  • Delivery to remote or rural locations may take additional time depending on courier accessibility.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time for orders is 2–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier partner operations.

If the Customer is unavailable at the delivery address, re-delivery will be attempted as per the courier partner’s policy.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery timelines may be affected due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Logistical or operational issues
  • Strikes, lockdowns, or regional restrictions
